LARBRENVILLE wants to be a unique place in La Charité sur Loire. Four very comfortable apartments with a pronounced artistic resonance, an up-cycling orientation for furniture and equipment, everything is planned so that you feel good there. The strong theme around trees (Horbeam studio, Beech studio, Willow apartment and Oak loft) is given by an owner who loves nature and practices naturopathy after a career in audiovisual then in tourism and catering. Nathalie will be able to welcome you warmly, share her experiences and direct you to what you need.

Completely renovated in 2022, with comfort and taste, LARBRENVILLE is a small 19th century building, located in a quiet street in the heart of La Charité sur Loire, close to amenities, historical sites and city attractions. 4 independent apartments, very comfortable, well equipped and all dedicated to TREES, accommodate from 1 to 6 people and can be rented as a group accommodation/14 people + 2 BB beds. Particular care has been taken from the decoration and furniture to the crockery, found in the surrounding flea markets. Many artistic creations adorn the premises, including those of Nathalie, owner of the premises. Wired wifi for better connection. Individual heating and air conditioning. High-performance sound and thermal insulation. Sheets, towels, tea towels, hospitality and household products provided. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment available on the ground floor. The building does not have an elevator. Located near historic sites and the Loire. Shops, services, parking and train station nearby. Welcoming cyclists.

Neighbourhood information

200km south of Paris, La-Charité-sur-Loire is renowned for its medieval ramparts, its Cluniac priory and its church, which is classified by UNESCO as part of the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. The historic quarter is worth discovering with its artists' and craftsmen's workshops. The Loire is present with its fauna and flora, which can be discovered on a tour in a "toue cabanée" (local boat). Nearby is the Bertranges forest, a vast oak grove ideal for walks and relaxation.
