Une vue à 180° sur le fameux canal et ses monuments classés. C'est un lieu de séjour idéal pour découvrir la ville d'Annecy et les nombreux intérêts alentour. L'appartement se situe au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. L'entrée de l'appartement est situé dans une rue où vous pourrez déposer vos bagages avec votre véhicule. De nombreux parking sont situés entre 150 et 300m. Tous les commerces nécessaires à votre séjour se trouvent au pas de la porte ainsi que les nombreuses attractions et sites à voir en ville et au bord du lac.
