Welcome to this beautiful 42m2 apartment, fully renovated in June 2016 for your comfort with quality materials. Excellent bedding, air conditioning, high speed internet wifi, tv, dvd player, very complete kitchen, storage space, we have everything arranged for your holiday (or business trip) happen at best. The apartment is on the ground floor, no need to wait for the lift or carry the bags. You are in the center of Nice, a few meters from all restaurants, bars, shops, public transport, public parking, park with child games, beach and sea, old town ... the ideal location to discover Nice and live in the heart of the city.
We welcome you on the French Riviera for holidays or business trips. For our guests, we offer places with maximum comfort, and are at their disposal for all requests.
Ideally located in the most central area of Nice: shopping and restaurants, old town and beaches. This neighborhood is the most chic and central of Nice. Everything is really next, without having nuisances. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, parks, shops: all is in walking distance within minutes.
