Small residence of two studios (classified 2 stars by the tourist office of Vendée) in 5 minutes on foot of the town center and its trade. Located in a dynamic city in the heart of a tourist department (Puy du Fou Park, beaches, marshes Poitevin). 35 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 45 minutes from Nantes, 1 hour from La Rochelle and Angers. 5 minutes walk from the Vendée CHD Studios all arranged. Kitchen: dining table and 2 chairs, ceramic hob, microwave GRILL, hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. Night side: large bed 160 x 200, bed linen provided, flat screen TV with TNT, free WIFI, small relaxation lounge, closet. Shower room: shower 90 x 90, thermostatic tap, bathroom linen provided with basic products (shampoo and shower gel), washbasin, WC, ironing board, iron, drying rack, towel dryer, hair dryer
