## The space Located in the heart of the city centre, enjoy this charming flat and its private terrace! You can walk to the Place du Vieux Marché in 2 minutes or Rouen Cathedral in just 3 minutes! On the last floor of a typical Rouen building, this 56m2 flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the lovely terrace! The large living room offers a cosy living area with a television and a four-seater sofa. Use the dining table in the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, extractor fan, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the other kitchen essentials! The flat has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes! The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. The WC is separate. The flat is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours.
