Very close to the local shops, a few steps from the city centre (pharmacies, bars, restaurants, post office, shops ...) The comfortable flat includes : 1 double bedroom (140 cm x 190 cm) with bed linen, storage and wardrobe 1 WC + hand wash basin (toilet paper included) 1 bathroom (shower + washbasin) with a hairdryer and a towel dryer (towels included) 1 living/dining room with a 3-seater sofa bed (comfortable bed for one or two people) 1 flat screen Smart TV (TNT channels)+TV INTERNET 1 resting area with a relaxing armchair + a small Bluetooth speaker 1 comfortable kitchen area (coffee machine, teapot, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction, dishes and accessories included) 1 washing machine, 1 iron - ironing board available in the bedroom in the wardrobe Flat equipped with fiber (internet - wifi) Paid services on the spot and on request: extra bed (electric inflatable mattress for 1 person; various devices), ... Free parking right in front of the flat on the banks of the Meuse. Bicycles can be stored outside (in a small corner behind the hedge next to the flat) using a rack fixed to the wall (a place that is not closed to the outside). Don't forget to bring an anti-theft device for security. There is little risk of theft as the street is not very busy at night. It is strictly forbidden to put bicycles or trailers inside the flat.
