"Les Bons Amis" in Fronsac was purchased by Christine & Gaetan in April 2025, with renovations taking place April to June. The house itself dates back to the 1700s and was originally used as an “Auberge”, a hostel for people travelling along the river from town to town. Along with a salt water pool in season, the rental is equipped with a full sized pétanque court, numerous outdoor seating options, as well as a gas and an in ground barbecue. Besides us, the only neighbours are the deer in the forest and the fish in the river.
As a couple we've always loved to host friends and family, so opening up our own rental property has been a natural fit. We love making new friends.
La propriété, située à Fronsac et d'un peu moins d'un hectare, longe la rivière « L'Isle », un bras de mer de la célèbre rivière "La Dordogne". Bien que « Les Bons Amis » ne soit qu'à 5 minutes de la charmante ville de Libourne et à 15 minutes de Saint-Émilion, vous vous sentirez complètement isolé par la forêt, la rivière et la faune environnantes.
