The holiday home is a modern split level house located in the heart of the picturesque village of Concots in a peaceful location. It’s ideal location provides a boulangerie and two very good local restaurants all within a 5 minute walking distance. The property has lots of patio space around the swimming pool as well as a patio dining area at the front of the property which is perfect for outdoor dining. There are many beautiful places to visit locally and lots of activities.
Our family have owned Le Bourg since 2002 and enjoyed many family holidays since our children were babies! We live in the UK but continue to visit Le Bourg annually. We love the area and continue to enjoy exploring the region.
Concots is a picturesque village with a boulangerie and two excellent restaurants (one of which is the fabulous L’Esprit Du Causse!) - all within walking distance of the property. There is a weekly Sunday market and lots of seasonal events and local concerts. The local area is great for cycling, trekking, horse riding and water sports. Bikes can be hired locally and there is also an outdoor go karting track close by. There are plenty of vineyards in the area open for wine tasting and tours. The nearby vineyards of Cahors are famous for their ‘black wine’. The beautiful village of Saint Cirq Lapopie is a 15 minute drive away with stunning views across the Lot and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. The busy village of Limogne-en-Quercy is a 15 minute drive and has a supermarket, a number of shops and restaurants as well as an award winning butcher!
