The studio 'La Petite Terrasse du Center' classified 3 *, with an area of ​​28m2, can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor of a town house with courtyard, it is quiet while being in the heart of Colmar, on the very famous Alsace Wine Route. It is close to all shops and restaurants. We wanted this studio in an industrial style with a warm and comfortable side. It has the advantage of having a small private terrace in the peace, arranged in the interior courtyard. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes ...) and open to a living room with a sofa bed and TV, as well as '' a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. You will find the following services available: end of stay cleaning, beds made, bathroom, house and table linen, cleaning and reception products, wifi, courtesy tray, hair dryer, washer-dryer , cot and high chair for baby (on request when booking). Our animal friends are not accepted. In order not to upset other tenants, the studio is non-smoking. Around our cottage, you can let yourself live to the rhythm of Alsatian traditions and gastronomy.
