Lovely gîte adjoining owners' home in large 19th century wine-grower's house in quiet residential area in upper part of Dijon. Modern fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room. 3 bedrooms (king-size bed) (2 single bunks, small bed for child up to age 4) (double bed, adjoining shower room (walk-in shower), WC). NB. Shower room & WC can ONLY be accessed through this third bedroom. At back: large private terrace (outdoor furniture, deckchairs) with view of garden. Included in rent: bed linen, cleaning at end of stay, kitchen linen, towels, heating, electricity. Cot available.|5 minutes from the Cité de la Gastronomie (opening May 2022). 10 minutes from historic centre of Dijon: Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, tower of Philippe le Bon, striking churches, the Chouette discovery trail, archaeology and fine art museums... Covered market. Many restaurants including 3 with Michelin star. Shops & services nearby. Dijon is also a lively city with events organised throughout the year. Dijon city centre well served by public transport (tram, Vélodis self-service bike hire). Closest vineyards on the Great Wine Route at Chenôve and Marsannay-la-Côte.
