Magnificent property combining comfort and refinement for a stay with family or friends. Sleeping 4 to 13 people, the main house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a vast living room opening onto a large veranda with reversible air conditioning and views of the landscaped garden. A master suite with a bathroom equipped with shower and bathtub, all overlooking the garden, and a separate toilet with PRM access. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms, all with their own warm and cosy decor, and all equipped with shower and toilet. At the end of the hallway is a mezzanine for games evenings or extra sleeping. The outbuilding has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the heart of Burgundy, 5km from Beaune, the village of Bligny is bordered by the wine-growing hillsides of Beaune, Pommard, Volnay and Meursault, an ideal location for enjoying the region.
