Welcome to the ‘Cocon de la Cathédrale’, nestled in the heart of Evreux city centre. Located on the 4th and top floor of a charming building without a lift. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the Cathedral and the River Iton, all in a jungle-themed setting for a truly exotic experience. With its warm parquet flooring, it features a living area with a sofa bed and desk (which can be extended into a dining table), a sleeping area with a double bed, an adjoining bathroom and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (coffee/tea, etc.).
