It can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises : - A bright 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and balcony access - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), large wardrobe and access to terrace - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside : - A 6m² terrace, facing south-east, with lighting, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather - A shared patio Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
