In the heart of Menton, a very pretty T3 of 65 m² + 15M2 terrace, facing the sea with a fantastic view! All you have to do is cross the road to dive in! Very quiet, its position is just perfect, a sunny jewel. In the summer you can choose to lounge on the beach or in your magnificent outdoor residential pool in the building opposite. The flat is located in a luxury residence and is arranged as follows: - Living room with sofa bed and dining table for 4 people, Television. - WIFI access. - Safety deposit box bedrooms with a 220x240 bed for a good night's sleep. WCs, one in bedroom shower room bathroom dressing room. - Fully equipped kitchen. - AIR CONDITIONING to help you relax in the warmer months. - OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL to relax and recuperate during your stay. - Private, secure parking space in the basement, entrance height 1.80 m.

Its location is exceptional! A magnificent sea view just 30m from the beach on foot and direct access to the pedestrian street and the town centre. This flat is a little jewel on the front line facing the sea. The area is calm and relaxing. All the shops, restaurants, banks and bakeries are within easy walking distance. GETTING AROUND: You have a private and secure parking space in the Saint Roch underground car park, entrance height 1.80m. You can always park in the neighbourhood. The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away, giving you easy access to Nice, the Principality of Monaco and Italy. The Italian border is a 5-minute drive away. Nice airport is 35 minutes away by car.
