Regarding cleaning, it is not included in the rental, but can be carried out by us for an amount of €80. In all cases with or without the cleaning service, a cleaning security deposit will be given to us on arrival. The security deposit will be returned on departure if cleaning is carried out correctly.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.0 per person or bring their own.

A damage deposit of € 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
