## The space This pleasant flat with 20m2 of living space is located on the 1st floor of the secure building (no lift) on rue Saint Nicolas in Rouen (Rive Droite). It comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a shower room with separate WC. In the kitchen, you'll be able to prepare your meals just like at home! You'll find a small fridge, a microwave, two hotplates and a Nespresso Magimix coffee machine. You'll find all the basics (plates, water glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, etc.) as well as dishes, salad bowls, etc. The living room doubles as a bedroom, with a sofa bed and a Smart TV offering easy access to all applications. In the shower room, which has also been completely renovated, you'll find a washbasin unit, towel rail, shower and washing machine. Separate WCs are located at the entrance to your accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm.
