Located on the 2nd floor (without asceuseur) and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it comprises a bright living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 quiet bedrooms opening onto the courtyard, a shower room and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with sofa bed and connected TV (possibility to connect to Netflix, Deezer, Youtube, etc.). The living room can be isolated from the rest of the apartment for sleeping. - Open, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, dining table, ... - Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200) - Bedroom 2: Double bed (180x200) separable into 2 single beds - Bathroom with double washbasin and large walk-in shower, washing machine and towel dryer - Separate WC - Balcony overlooking the Mayenne river. Other remarks : - The apartment can be accessed independently (lock connected) from 3pm on the day of arrival. - The apartment can be rented for stays of 2 nights up to 10 months. - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the apartment for future visitors.
