Welcome to our cozy house of 100 m², ideal for families, friends or colleagues! Located in a quiet area close to shops, it is 20 minutes from the center of Strasbourg (tram and train station) and 15 minutes from the airport. Discover Colmar, Europa Park, the castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg or Baden-Baden, all less than an hour away. Enjoy a comfortable interior, a beautiful space to share friendly moments and explore the treasures of Alsace in complete serenity! This spacious house of 100 m² can accommodate 2 to 8 people. You will enjoy a large bright living room including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 8 people, a friendly living room and a games room. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (90x200), convertible into double beds (180x200) A 2-seater trundle bed is also available in the living room for extra bed. A large bathroom and 2 toilets are at your disposal. For your comfort, the house is equipped with a cooling floor for pleasant temperatures in summer, electric shutters and excellent insulation. Outside, enjoy a fenced garden and a large terrace of 30 m² (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue), perfect for your breakfasts in the sun or outdoor meals. The accommodation is ideally located: -Tramway (line B, Hôtel de Ville stop) 5 minutes by car -Bus (line 13, Église stop) 5 min walk -Bakery 5 minutes walk away -Auchan supermarket 3 minutes by car -Leclerc Hypermarket 10 minutes by car -Large commercial area 5 minutes away -Pharmacy 3 minutes on foot -Tobacco 5 minutes on foot -Several restaurants nearby
We live in the terraced house and will be available most of the time to help you if necessary, always reachable during the day. Upon your arrival, you will find a booklet with our good addresses (restaurants, ideas for family outings, local activities) as well as brochures on the essentials of the region. On request, we will be happy to advise you on beautiful walks and discoveries off the beaten track.
