Gîte de 70 m² totalement neuf et entièrement aménagé pour que vos vacances soient inoubliables! En rez de chaussé de notre grande et belle maison typique Ardéchoise. Une belle et spacieuse cuisine, 2 jolies chambres cosy, un canapé convertible confortable dans le coin salon, une salle de bain agréable et le MUST, la terrasse de 30 m² avec sa vue imprenable sur la colline et les vignobles du coteaux d'en face (le Domaine des Louanes) et son jacuzzi pour la plus grande des détentes, en prime un coin piscine hors sol pour se rafraîchir dans le petit jardin!!!
Nous vous accueillerons avec grand plaisir! Et nous ferons tout pour que vous passiez un agréable moment!
Quartier très calme, entouré de chênes.
