Please note that a 30% prepayment by bank transfer is due before arrival. The property will contact you to organise this. A signed copy of the rental contract and a copy of your liability insurance must be returned to the property. Instructions will be communicated directly by the property. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed once a week when the villa is cleaned. Extra cleaning services are available on request. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
