Open all year round, the Jardin du Cannet located in the heart of Esterel, facing south with breathtaking views, offers the exclusive rental of a property with two stone masts, swimming pool and outbuildings on a plot of 750 m². (see plan in the photos). - Maset Le Chêne 60m², 2 rooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and toilet can ideally accommodate 2 people and possibly 2 additional people on a convertible sofa located in the living room. - Maset Jasmin 35 m² 2 rooms for 2 people, a bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a living room. The property is further equipped: • a private swimming pool of 7 x 3.5 (heated in mid season) secured by alarm, prof. from 0.9 m to 1.5 m • a pool house with summer kitchen, pizza oven and outdoor shower (with hot water) • a playground (petanque and badminton) and an outbuilding housing a laundry room. • Several terraces equipped with garden furniture The property is covered by a free wifi hot spot. Le maset Le Chêne has a television with “canalsat l’integrale” programs and a fireplace to enhance cooler evenings. Both masts are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Household linen is provided (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, beds are ready on arrival. BE CARREFUL !
