Perfect for a couple on a getaway or a professional stay. Located in the heart of the République district in Lille, this fully equipped one-bedroom flat is ideally placed — in a lively, practical and central area, just a short walk from the metro, shops and the city centre. Situated on the 4th floor (no lift) of a typical Lille building, the apartment enjoys a dual aspect and open views with no overlooking neighbours. Quiet and filled with natural light, it's a cosy hideaway above the rooftops. The apartment was fully renovated in spring 2023. It features a welcoming living space divided into a lounge area, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a dedicated workspace that's ideal for remote working. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi, a comfortable desk, a smart TV with channels and Netflix included — everything is set for a perfect mix of work and relaxation. The separate kitchen is brand new and fully equipped (hob, oven, fridge, extractor hood, small appliances). You'll find everything you need for breakfast: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and utensils. Several restaurants and cafés are available right downstairs, perfect for a bite to eat or a lazy morning. The private bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. 🅿️ Street parking available (orange zone – free on sundays) 🚲 Possibility to lock a bicycle outside the building 🛍️ Shops, bakery, pharmacy and mini-market all within 200 metres

Simple, warm and functional, Le Jean Bart feels like an extension of our own home. We could have called it “the annex”, because it shares the same spirit: natural light, soft materials, thoughtful touches, and that little something that makes you feel like staying. We designed it with one goal in mind: to welcome you just like we would at home.
🇬🇧 About the neighbourhood Located right in the heart of Lille, Le Jean Bart is nestled in a lively, residential and easy-going area. Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafés, supermarket, public transport, as well as Sciences Po Lille (150 m) and the CNAM (500 m). The area is well connected and offers on-street parking right in front of the building — a real bonus in Lille, even if it’s paid on weekdays (free on sundays). It’s the perfect base for exploring the city without a car, whether you’re here for a getaway or a work trip.
