Apartment of 120 m2, completely renovated and decorated with a contemporary style with terrace and outdoor dining area. It consists of a large living room with a single sofa bed and a spacious dining area, an independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 Queen Size bed, the other with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. You will be 5 minutes from the beach and close to all amenities and public transport. Air conditioner. Internet.

SALEYA COURSE: Glean flowers and regional specialties, such as olive oil, spices, tapenade or anchoïade, etc. For a culinary trip that's where it goes. THE MATISSE MUSEUM: the must in Nice if you like pictorial art. You will have access to nearly 70 paintings, 200 drawings, engravings, sculptures, illustrated books, photographs and objects that belonged to the painter. THE PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS: The "Prom" - as the locals say - is a huge promenade on the edge of the coast, 6 km long from the entrance of Nice to the old town. To visit Nice by this pedestrian avenue allows to observe the reflections of the city and the flamboyant lighting at any time of the day. Orange hues in the evening, gray-blue in the morning, blue turquoises in the sea, and all with the impression of being in the countryside! THE CHATEAU HILL: Contrary to what the name suggests, Castle Hill is more of a hill than a castle. It remains only ruins but climb the steps to the top of the hill can have a view of Nice and the Bay of Angels.
