The fine print
To finalize the rental we ask: - to validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the signatory's identity document - to provide a "resort" or "holiday" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory. Between 01/07 and 30/08 we only rent full weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Lou Mas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 00:00:00 and 07:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
