It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a magnificent landscaped private garden of around 2,600 m². The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 40 m² living room with sofas, TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, chest of drawers and cot - Bedroom 2: double bed and chest of drawers - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed and small sofa - Bedroom 4: double bed with desk and small sofa - Bathroom with shower, bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron. Outside: - A beautiful unfenced landscaped garden of 2,600 m² with two ponds, a river and a bridge crossing it. - A 30 m² west-facing stone terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol Other comments : - Outdoor games such as ball, volleyball with net, badminton racket and two adult bicycles and two children's bicycles. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
