## The space Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover the magic of the city of Le Havre on foot (architecture listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site). You will be staying 300 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the town hall, and close to shops. This superb apartment will charm you with its authentic period decoration and its view of Notre-Dame Cathedral. The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet, secure residence without an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows: An open fully equipped kitchen with a central island (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals. A living area with a lounge and dining area. Slightly set back from the living room, you will have access to a relaxation/reading space. It features a "trundle" sofa that can be converted into additional sleeping (two single beds 80x200 cm that can be combined into a Queen Size bed). A bedroom with a glass roof and dressing area, equipped with a high-quality Queen Size bed (160x200 cm). A bathroom with an "Italian-style" shower, WC, and hairdryer. The accommodation is very bright and has no overlooking neighbors. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Available for you: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine... Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. ## The neighborhood The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre.
