Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Nancy, this charming luminous flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe - A bathroom (shower) - A separate toilet Outside : - A balcony of 4 m² facing south with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of the stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - A travel cot is available at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our on-site service provider).
