Come and stay in this pretty, functional and comfortable 18M2 studio, ideally located and slightly off-center to enjoy the peace and quiet, you will be just a few steps from all amenities: restaurant, bakery, grocery store, etc.

The studio is on the 1st floor with a half-turn staircase (~15 steps)
Property composed of 3 apartments
- a 140 x 190 double bed with Emma mattress (the bed will be ready on your arrival with a towel/person)
-A dividing piece of furniture between the bed and the living room space that can be used as storage for your clothes and personal items
-Two comfortable armchairs for watching television (6 DTT channels), a table with folding tops + two chairs, some games available in the trunk
