* PIGEONNIER of 33m2 * Located in a quiet environment * Composed of 2 floors, the kitchen on the ground floor, the bathroom on the 1st floor and the bedroom on the top floor. * SWIMMING POOL shared with another 5-person gite * EQUIPPED KITCHEN with oven, mini-refrigerator, microwave, frying pans, saucepans, kitchen utensils and crockery * Filter coffee maker and kettle at your disposal * PRIVATE TERRACE with shaded dining table * Table for indoor meals * TV in the bedroom * WIFI * One bedroom with double bed * DRAPS and TOWELS are provided and neatly arranged * BATHROOM with shower * Washing machine and ironing kit available * Free PARKING on site * Barbecue (charcoal) * Pets allowed (1 small only) Other remarks The owners live close to the Gîte, with no view or overlooking of your space.
