The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 100 m² house in Sauzon with exceptional views of the port, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - Bedroom 1: with two single beds, sea view - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), view of the port and the sea - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor - A 25 m² sea-view living room with TV, sofa, etc. - An open-plan kitchen with a view of the port and the sea: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Second floor - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed with a view of the port and the sea. - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 17 m² terrace with an exceptional view of the port of Sauzon and the sea on the horizon, furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
