Panoramic sea view 180 ° for this magnificent seafront studio on the top floor with a terrace. Completely renovated in January 2019 with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, Nespresso, washing machine, fridge ...), a sofa bed with thick mattress for a daily bedding (Rapido system easy to open/close), a reversible air conditioning latest generation, WiFi, TV with access to Netflix ... A beautiful Italian bathroom and a large closet.
In addition to the beautiful sandy beaches in front of the building, the area is lively, especially in the summer thanks to the many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, beaches, trendy shops, a casino, an internationally recognized Jazz Festival that hosts the biggest names in Jazz ... make Juan Les Pins a destination very popular. On the pier, many boats make the shuttle to the Lerins Islands with wild beauty, to Cannes and to Saint Tropez whose reputation is famous worldwide.
