A calm and very accessible studio. At the ground floor of a building of 4 floors. Private parking space. Comfortable, a bathroom with bath-tub, a corner cooks with oven and microwaves, a washing machine and what it is necessary to iron. Large dressing, a wifi access and a beautiful flat panel display. Books and guides, for rain moments. A true cosy halt to visit Paris. The household linen and toilet is included. If you come by car, leave there during your stay on the parking space outside in the back of the building, access made safe with bip. Paris is visited so well on foot and in transport ! From Orly, 15mn in car, Orlybus and Tram T3 stop Porte d'Italie (approximately 45mn). Since Roissy, RER B stop Cité Universitaire and Tram T3 stop Porte d'Italie. Since the train stations, subway Porte d'Italie (line 7) then 7mn on foot to join our studio (plane with available). Tram T3 to reach all the enters of Paris (Pte of Versailles for exhibitions). On the Fontainebleau avenue all buses to go in Paris (47, 185, etc.) or to join the Parisian hospitals of the south (Villejuif).
We are your closer neighbors, just the next door ! Available and attentive, for your comfort and our good deals in Paris and in the district. On your arrival, you will find all for your first breakfast:). We speak Spanish and English.
Just with the edge of Paris, the district is calm and flowered. Shops (pharmacy, bakery, fish shop, butchery, fruits & vegetables) and a shopping center “OKABE” 8min by foot (hypermarket, restaurants, all shops). The Sunday market close to the hospital. A residential district and family with its schools and its green park and some restaurants. The nights are calm.
