## The space You will appreciate the air conditioning, the secure and private parking space in the garage of the residence (be careful only for small and medium vehicle models), its WIFI access, its terrace with a breathtaking view of the Jacques Coeur basin and its jet water. The famous Lez Market which brings together shops, second-hand shops and restaurants is 10 minutes away on foot. Recent and very well decorated apartment of 68m2, located on the 2nd floor of a building built in 2015. The accommodation consists of: - A living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen with combined fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and living room with TV - A bedroom with 140x200 cm bed and dressing room with air conditioning - A second bedroom with a 140x190 double bed with air conditioning, office space and storage - A bathroom with bathtub and double sink - Separate toilet A high chair and a travel cot are available. Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
