RE-OPENING in April 2023 - Situated in the heart of a lively 13thc village of Capestang (on the Canal du Midi) the restaurants, shops, cafes and twice weekly market are all just a few steps away. This large, spacious old French property with its 13thc tower (& resident owl) has just been refurbished to a very high standard and comprises of three houses - the Manoir, the Vigneron and the Grange which can rented separately or all together. The Vigneron - sleeps 8 with accommodation on three floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, the kitchen and a shower room / toilet. The first floor houses the living room and the fun "Couve" bedroom. This room has a small ladder leading to an old couve which can hold 4 single mattresses. There is also a cot for a baby. The top floor has the double en-suite bedroom Outside is a large gated courtyard, whilst to the side is a secluded patio garden with pool (9x 4.5 and 1.2 deep). There is also a BBQ, summer kitchen with drinks fridge, shower, cloakroom, table tennis and lots of teak garden furniture for relaxing. The church behind is lit at night and proves a wonderful backdrop to dinner!
