Gite fitted out on the 1st and 2nd floor of the owners' house, in an area close to the towpath and the banks of the Nive.
Ground floor: independent entrance.
1st floor: day room including the fitted kitchen area (fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob), living room, lounge area, shower room (washing machine), wc.
2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 160)
Gas heating included, beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen provided. Wifi internet access.
Parking on the street, courtyard and garden shared with the owner with garden furniture and plancha.
