A true haven of peace in the heart of Villers-sur-mer's Belle-Epoque district, the Pokerdas 2 apartment is located in a pretty art-deco villa facing the sea, right next to the sandy beach and Villers-sur-mer town center (between Cabourg and Deauville) with its shops, restaurants, market... The Pokerdas 2, with its INCREDIBLE sea view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom, is as breathtaking as it is enchanting. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine, a sea-facing living room with TV and top-of-the-range sofa bed, a sea-facing bedroom with a Queen size bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Last but not least, you'll benefit from private parking in front of the villa and the sea!
