If you are looking for somewhere to spend a few nights or indeed a few weeks, 3C is just the place for you. Perfectly suited to a couple, this fully renovated old stone property oozes charm whilst having every convenience and is located just a 2 minute walk from the centre of the Bastide village of Eymet. Just 25 minutes from Bergerac Airport, Eymet is an ideal location from which to explore the area whilst having plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, with free parking available opposite the property, fly or drive the choice is yours. The property: Open plan downstairs living area, boasting a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher), living room with TV and wifi. Upstairs has a spacious double bedroom, shower room, separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine. Basic provisions are provided: coffee, tea, green tea, sugar and milk.
15 years ago, I decided to come to the Dordogne for the quality of life mainly and open a business on the Bastide. And then, the idea of acquiring a typical house in this beautiful village and here it is today, renovated and decorated, just as I wished, to welcome travellers, lovers of architecture, gastronomy, relaxation and history. See you soon !
