Located in Chamonix, at the foot of the Flégère cable car, facing the golf course, Les 3 Cimes Blanches offers an exceptional view of Mont Blanc and the Drus mountain range. The accommodation is classified 5 stars in the category of furnished lodgings of tourism. With 150m2 of floor space and consists of four spacious bedrooms. It can accommodate 10 people and has a fully equipped American style kitchen. Our Concierge Service will provide you with all the linen for your stay and will be able to answer all your desires !
The Chalet, of recent construction (2009), has underfloor heating and is very well insulated, you will feel like in a cocoon. Thanks to its south-facing terrace, you will enjoy having sunny lunches in front of the Mont-Blanc with a dream grill cooked on a barbecue. An outdoor sauna will allow you, after a great day of skiing or hiking, to relax enjoying a sublime view and maybe a unique sunset on the Mont-Blanc chain. Your nights will be restful thanks to the top-of-the-range bedding. The beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 (90 cm X 200 cm) can, on request, be twinned to provide king size beds. Room 3 has two extra mattresses on the mezzanine accessible by a little scale for children over ten years old (under the responsibility of the parents). A Nespresso coffee maker is at your disposal. The accommodation has two bathrooms and two separate toilets. You will have a closed garage for one car and 2 other outdoor parking spaces. We are entirely at your disposal to make your experience unforgettable in the heart of Mont-Blanc, a concierge service is committed to you and will be there for you all along your stay to satisfy all your wishes.
The Praz is the highest valued area in Chamonix, because the valley is wide and sunny there. You will admire the most beautiful properties. Due to an ideal location, you will be able to go skiing on foot to one of the main ski areas of Chamonix, Brévent-Flégère (2 minutes), by the small train to the Grand Montets area (in 10 minutes), to go on foot on the cross-country skiing slopes (5 minutes). During the summer, you will be near the majority of hiking starting points, but also 3 minutes away on foot from the Golf and close to the swimming-pool and tennis courts. The Chalet is close to public transports, 50 meters, which allows you to reach the city centre in 5 minutes; you don’t need your car anymore ! A deposit will be asked before your arrival in the Chalet.
