A unique place to relax and enjoy exceptional moments. The 35 mètre carré self-contained cottage sleeps 2 people and comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area, an elegant bedroom with a suite shower room, and two fully-equipped private terraces with uninterrupted views over our estate and Lac de la Mouche. All year round, you have access to the heated indoor swimming pool and spa. A private parking space is reserved for you, with the option of recharging your electric vehicle optional. Free WIFI. The benefits of our cottage's Included Services and Grand Confort facilities: 100% homemade treats offered on your arrival. Queen-size bed 160x200, made up on your arrival, with percale sheets from the Vosges. Bathroom linen and household linen provided. Bath linen provided: bathrobes, towels, bag. Nomad kit available: two deckchairs, two portable lamps and two plaids to enjoy our domain in the evening. Free access to the laundry room, with private washing machine and tumble dryer. And our little gifts of toiletries, slippers, teas, herbal teas and coffee capsules. As an optional extra, we offer a range of services to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: electric vehicle charging point, breakfasts at weekends and on public holidays, a selection of champagnes, wines, beers and other beverages, and a menu of culinary products.
Having moved to the Haute-Marne in 2018, and having fallen in love with this beautiful region, we decided to build our life here. In 2022, we fell in love with an old character house nestling in 161,500 square feet of greenery at Saint-Martin-lès-Langres, and completely renovated it to create a cosy atmosphere in an unspoilt natural setting. Because your well-being is our concern, we designed and fitted out the cottage using quality materials and equipment, taking care to create a cosy atmosphere full of refinement. Driven by the desire to share our beautiful corner of paradise, we welcome you all year round for a relaxing getaway from time, and we are always available to advise you and make your stay easier.
Discoveries and leisure activities that will delight taste buds and pupils alike Just 10 minutes from the historic center of Langres, a city of Art and History, near the 4 lakes of the Pays de Langres, and at the gateway to the National Forest Park, our gîte offers an ideal base from which to explore the region's natural and cultural gems, on foot, by bike or on horseback. You can also enjoy a wide range of sporting activities. And Dijon and Troyes are only 1 hour away
