Property information

Built in 1860, this house is an example of hotels of this epoch. What makes this an hôtel particulier is that there remains a covered passage way that served for horse drawn carriages. Found in the garden, is a small maison de cocher where the coachman and his family lived upstairs. The ground floor was the horse stables and tack room. The main house is built with limestone (typical to the Pays de la Loire). It kept its numerous elements of the epoch such as : original oak parquet floors, marbled fireplace mantles, and lovely rosaces ceilings… and a magnificent glass ceiling at the top of the staircase which allows natural lighting to enter.
