Bienvenue au gîte Des Chats Noirs. The gîte is a spacious, newly refurbished apartment just a five minute walk from Pre en Pail centre. It has two large double bedrooms and a bright and airy kitchen and living space with TV and free Wi-Fi. There is also a brand new bathroom with shower
Kevan and Marie arrived in France in December 2020 and bought Les Chats Noirs in the following February. We have spent the last year and a bit getting the gîte ready to accept guests. In addition to DIY, we enjoy exploring the local area and Kevan is a keen (some might say obsessive) photographer.
Pré-en-Pail is conveniently situated in the Mayenne department and Pays de la Loire region. We are just 75 minutes from the Caen ferry-port and are ideally located for visiting Normandy to the north or the Loire Valley to the south. For the petrol heads, the Le Mans circuit is just over an hour away and we're just five minutes from the nearest voie-vert, or greenway, for those that prefer non-motorised transport.
