Internet haut débit. Piscine au sel ( pas d’odeur de chlore). Jardin plat de 1200m2 totalement clôturé.
Villa située dans le quartier résidentiel de Saint Raphaël. Proche de nombreuses criques et plages. De nombreuses promenades en bateau sont facilement accessibles, à partir du port de Saint Raphaël. Également plusieurs navettes par jour pour se rendre à Saint Tropez ( temps de traversée moins d’une heure)
