Facing the Avrière lake, a few minutes from Épinal and close to all amenities, come and stay in this beautiful architect-designed house with all modern comforts. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, the 90 m² accommodation is the perfect place for a relaxing stay! You will have a large and bright living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a vast exterior with a garden directly overlooking the lake and a terrace with pergola on stilts. a jacuzzi (with protection ) to relax in front of this magnificent panorama! Other remarks : - For your comfort, a cleaning service is included during your stay. - Private parking spaces adjacent to the house (all vehicles). - Bed linen and towels provided. - All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
