Agnes and Martin's Caravan and camping experience meet the horses and relax.
We have offered camping in our small period caravan for 5 years and have very good reviews from another well known site. Cyclists are welcome and those who visited in the past have given great reviews. We also offer camping for tents. It is a 5 acre site with 2 horses, a dog and 2 cats who are all very friendly, ( actually the cat fluffy is a bit upperty but she arrived one day and never left and keeps here self to her self.) We have created water gardens full of fish with areas that are wild, ungroomed and also areas that are groomed where you can site enjoy the bird song, relax, watch the fish or have a drink while taking in the calm relaxing enviroment, it is important to us to provide some small habitats for a diversity of animals which are undisturbed where hopefully they can be safe and thrive also where we/you can enjoy and relax in. A beautiful little corner of Normandie with water gardens designed for relaxation, meditation or just chilling. 2 BBQs and facilities with a hot shower, basin, washing up, outside table and chairs etc. We are 40 minutes from the Mont Saint Michel, world heritage site, 30/40 minuses from sandy beaches, with in walking distance of the G22, 5 minutes from a gastronomic restaurant ( who will deliver ) We keep the amount of guests low around 8 maximum, normally less. The caravan - has no cooking facilities however there is a one burner camping stove in the utillity barn, utensils, pans etc and outside 2 BBQs. The toilet is an outside compost toilet. The bed is 120cm x 190cm. There is a kettle, cups, glasses, plates, knives folks etc, cafetiere, small sink. We are always on hand if you need anything. Bedding and towels are by request and we have an extra charge of 5 euros.
Hi, we are Agnes and Martin, Agnes is French and Martin English we have lived here for 7 years and offered camping for 5 years. Having people come and stay is a real pleasure for us. It has been a labour of love creating our water garden area having dug three ponds, planted 100s of trees and many different plants, converting what was once a cow field into these stunning gardens and now having people come and enjoy our this little piece of Normandy makes it all worth while. also we welcome interaction with the horses and people can stroll anywhere around our land. We attempt to be eco friendly, love to hear the bird song, enjoy nature and being with the horses and seeing our project coming to life as it matures. Agnes is totally committed to her horses and her work of mediation with horses and people. This is also on offer for campers if they would like to work with horses or prehaps deal with an issue. Martin looks after the plantings and care of the water gardens, small woods and maintenance.
will get to this bit.
