Company information

We fell in love with this little house right from the minute we saw it. The location is just perfect, set on the foothills of Flavigny, just a short walk up to the local bar/restaurant with spectacular views over the hills to the local winery.... Having already run rental houses in another village we decided to completely renovate this house and share it's pleasures with others. It should be noted that the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.

Property information

This cottage is charming, set in a garden of 1000m² with the nearest neighbours at about 100m away. If you're looking for peace, calm and quiet then this is the place for you. It's great for walkers, dogs or just lounging around and reading a good book. Everything is provided, the kitchen is so well equipped that it even has tart tins for cooking the perfect apple tart with the fruit collected from the garden trees.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, no noisy motor bikes just the occasional horse or cow chomping in the field opposite....
