Detached and well-equipped village house composed on the ground floor of a large living/dining room, a kitchen opening onto the covered terrace and towards the swimming pool, wc and utility room. On the first floor are 3 large bedrooms, a shower room with wc and a bathroom. A new staircase leads you to a 'Solarium' terrace offering a breathtaking view. Rare, a stone's throw from the heart of the village and its shops, this house offers you comfort thanks to a well-thought-out renovation (double glazing, air conditioning, modern bathroom, etc.) and a private swimming pool. The West-facing terrace will allow you to contemplate magnificent sunsets during the aperitif. A solarium on the terrace will allow sun lovers to sunbathe in complete privacy. Private parking in front of the house and a garage where you can store your bicycles, motorbikes and equipment will bring you more to perfect your holidays.
