Welcome to Peking in the hyper center of Lannion! The loft is on the 4th-floor with elevator, next to City Hall. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and historic charm. Restaurant Gina in the same building. 550m from the train station, < 15km to Côte de Granit Rose beaches. Nearby parking: 3 with 2-hour limit, 1 unlimited 500m away (Ursulines), FREE. Blending Peking’s cultural heritage with modern comfort, this loft offers a warm, distinctive stay.
I am an old building standing in the heart of Lannion. A century ago, I transformed from a stone structure into a dazzling five-floor shopping center, illuminating the city center. In the 1970s, a bank acquired me and converted me into its office. Sadly, in 2014, I found myself abandoned, longing for new owners. In 2024, I am finally reborn, boasting a restaurant, ATM, offices, and apartments! Welcome to explore my top floor, featuring four lofts named Beijing, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Tibet. Looking forward to meeting you!
