Quiet accommodation in the countryside with entrance, terrace, parking and independent garden 10 minutes from Valence city center, motorway exits Valence north and south, the TGV station and university hubs Capacity: 4 people and a baby in 2 rooms each with a bed 140 cm, a desk A main room with living room and kitchen Separate bathroom and WC Access common areas: swimming pool, petanque, table tennis, swing... We speak English and Spanish.
We enjoy receiving and interacting with the people who come to us. We love helping them discover the region and enjoy spending time with them if they wish. We appreciate the region's wines and gastronomic specialties.
The quiet location, close to major roads, the city and the mountains, whether on the Ardèche or Vercors side, is an undeniable asset of our accommodation. It can also serve as a stopover for teleworking. We also have a meeting room in another part of the house.
