Ground floor: - Large 60 m² living room including a comfortable lounge (wood stove, flat-screen TV, smart speaker, piano, fiber optic internet connection) - Living room opening onto a terrace (beautiful views of the countryside and village) - Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). Laundry room (washing machine, dryer). UPPER FLOOR: - Mezzanine (table football, reading corner) - 1 children's bedroom (2 single bunk beds, 1 double bed, TV with Netflix/DVD player) - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 baby bed) - 1 master bedroom (1 queen-size bed, TV, private shower/toilet). Opening onto a covered balcony (beautiful views). LINENS PROVIDED. Bathroom (bathtub, shower, 2 sinks), 1 separate toilet. Terrace, parking, unfenced grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, and table tennis. Electric heating (extra charge). Firewood is available free of charge. Your small pet is welcome (only 1 per stay - 100 euro deposit). It will need to be supervised as the grounds are not fenced (pasture area).
