Located in a four-storey residential building with elevator, on the 2nd floor, this apartment has an atypical decoration, Street Art style referring to the city cradle of urban culture. You will appreciate the location, the atmosphere and the neighborhood. perfect for couples, couples with 2 children, solo travelers, business travelers. The entrance leads into an elegant living room with a dining area. A kitchen and a bedroom are located to the side. WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE NOTE THAT A SECURITY DEPOSIT, AS WELL AS A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT, WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE LOCATION. IN CASE OF DAMAGE, VIOLATION OF THE SPACE, OR MISSING ITEMS, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHHELD.
